Eligibility Criteria
- Category Restriction: This is a Special Recruitment Drive exclusively for SC and OBC candidates of Uttar Pradesh.
- Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026): * Minimum: 21 Years | Maximum: 40 Years.
- Age relaxation applicable as per UP Government rules (up to 55 years for PwD).
- Educational Qualifications:
- Manager / Junior Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Maths, or Stats (min 55%) OR B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, MBA, or PGDM (min 55%) + 'O' Level Computer Certificate.
- Assistant/Cashier: Bachelor’s Degree (min 55%) + CCC Computer Certificate.
- Assistant/Typist: Graduation + CCC Certificate + Typing speed of 30 wpm (Hindi) and 40 wpm (English).
- Assistant Engineer (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Selection Process
1/ Written Examination: * Preliminary Exam: 100 Marks (conducted if application volume is high).
- Main Exam: 200 Marks.
2/ Interview/Skill Test: Candidates qualifying the written exam will be called for a Personal Interview or Proficiency Test (Typing) where applicable.
3/ Document Verification: Final selection is based on the combined merit of the Main Exam and Interview/Skill Test, followed by verification of original documents.

A Special Recruitment Drive for 116 positions at various District Cooperative Banks and the U.P. State Construction Co-operative Federation has been announced by the U.P. Co-operative Institutional Service Board, Lucknow.
Distribution of Vacancies:
- Manager (Category-1): 07 Positions
- 45 positions for junior managers (Category 2)
- Category-3 Assistant/Cashier: 57 Positions
- Assistant/Typist (Category-3): 02 Positions
- Five positions for Assistant Engineers (Civil)
Pay Scales: Depending on the post and bank location, the salary ranges from ₹25,620 to ₹64,670 for Assistant/Cashier positions to ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 (Level-10) for Assistant Engineers.
